- The promoter is Springfields Outlet Shopping (Savills) whose registered office is at Springfields Outlet Shopping, Camel Gate, Spalding, PE12 6EU.
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Springfields Outlet Shopping, their tenants, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://www.facebook.com/SpringfieldsOutlet/. The promotion is run on Facebook.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person, per prize. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for each weekâs entry will be the immediate Sunday following, at 23:59pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Each entrant must have an active Facebook account to enter. If someone wishes to enter and does not have a Facebook account, they will have to register an account first. At time of competition launch Facebook does not charge a fee to do this. Each entrant must follow the instructions outlined in the competition Facebook post created by Springfields each week. This may include (but not limited to) commenting on a post, liking a post, or other actions as defined by text on Facebook by Springfields. - The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoterâs control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as follows: The prize will vary by week. Each prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software/random number generator, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Springfields. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The winner shall be required to collect at Springfields (unless otherwise stated, such as in the case of an e-voucher). Promoter shall provide more specific information about the pickup location when it sends notification of the win.
- The promoterâs decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrantâs prior consent.
- The winnerâs name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address enquiries@springfieldsoutlet.co.uk. The winnerâs name will also be confirmed on Springfieldâs Facebook page following closure of each weekâs competition.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Springfields/Savills and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at http:// https://springfieldsoutlet.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
- Prize must be collected by the winner from Springfields Outlet Shopping (PE12 6EU) unless specified otherwise. There will be no reimbursement for expenses made to collect a prize, including transport, accommodation, wages or any other costs. Collection will be at the winnersâ own expense.
- Springfields/Savills will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Twitter.
- Springfieldsâ decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
- Springfields shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- Springfields also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
