WINTER WONDERLAND WALK 2025

Yes. All guests must book in advance due to the popularity of the Winter Wonderland Walk. Book early, as each timed entry slot has a set capacity. Popular slots such as weekends and closer to Christmas Day are highly likely to sell out quickly. Tickets are not available to purchase with cash or at the entry point on the night. CLICK TO BOOK

Parking is provided on site for a small charge of either £1 or £2. Park in one of our three conveniently located on-site car parks at Springfields, which are a short walk to both Springfields Designer Outlet and the Winter Wonderland Walk entry point in the Festival Gardens. More details.

The Winter Wonderland Walk takes place completely outdoors, and we believe a bit of rain shouldn't stop the magical experience!

Whilst the route mostly takes place on existing pathways, please wear appropriate footwear/bring an umbrella for the weather if required.

In the unlikely chance that the weather means the Winter Wonderland Walk cannot operate, this decision will be made by Springfields Management. Springfields will then contact customers at the earliest opportunity to arrange an alternative session where possible.

Groups are welcome to the Winter Wonderland Walk! Why not combine your visit with festive food at our restaurants and christmas shopping at over 55 stores.

Coaches can park in our coach park. Please pre-book your parking space for complimentary coach parking.

Springfields is home to a range of cafes and restaurants perfect for visiting before or after your walk, including plenty of places for hot chocolate, tea, coffee and tasty treats.

Whilst drinks are allowed, strictly no outside alcohol is allowed on the Walk. If you are visiting an evening session, the Petalo Lounge is open till late every night for great dishes, drinks and cocktails.

The Springfields Winter Wonderland Walk has been designed with as many guests as possible in mind, using the most accessible route across the Festival Gardens. All of the route takes place completely outdoors along a route at over half a kilometre in length.

The route is mostly on permanent tarmac/gravelled paths and should be wheelchair and pushchair friendly. As with all outdoor walks, some paths may feature twigs or leaves, which may be trickier to traverse in adverse weather.

Accessible toilets are available at the Designer Outlet. These do not require a RADAR key for use.

Disabled parking bays are available at all Springfields car parks on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the benefit of all our visitors participating in the Walk, please note that only assistance dogs are allowed in the Winter Wonderland Walk, as well as the Designer Outlet, Festival Gardens and Adventure Land.

Please do not leave dogs in vehicles unattended at any time.
