Terms and conditions for winning Over £620 worth of Staycation Goodies when you download our app

If you fancy winning yourself a brand new 4 man tent, £100 worth of shopping gift cards, afternoon tea for two and more then all you need to do is download the app and enter your details. That’s it!

The competition will be open between 22nd June 2021 and 30th August and is open to anyone who has downloaded our app and also all our existing app users. The winner will be announced no later than 3rd September 2021.

The prize draw will open from 19:00 on 21st June to 12:00pm on 30th August 2021.
To enter you must download the Springfields VIP app (available on the App Store and Google Play.)
To enter must submit your contact details via the competition section on the Springfields Outlet Shopping and Leisure app
Using this method, one entry can be submitted per person. Duplicate entries will not be entered in the draw.
Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
You’re a Springfields Outlet Shopping and Leisure employee.
You don’t live in the UK
You’re under 18 years old

Winner and Prize
There is one grand prize to win: 1. A 4 man tent from Regatta

It will be the responsibility of the winner to get to Springfields Outlet Shopping and Leisure for the handover of the prize and the winner will need to pay any other expenses and costs associated with and collecting the prize, i.e. travel expenses to Springfields Outlet Shopping and Leisure.

Publicity & Content
We will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We won’t keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you have agreed to this.
We may ask you to take some photos of you and your prize and ask you to participate in any non-paid publicity or advertising we do.
The winners’ names will be included on our website and social media accounts.
Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final, and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
