Site Rules

We offer a warm welcome to all guests, however we kindly request all guests abide by the following. Failure to do so may result in being escorted from the premises.

  • No Smoking: In the mall and gardens. A designated smoking area can be found on Camelgate.
  • No bicycles/scooters: In the mall and gardens. Bikes may be left on racks at the front of the centre.
  • Dogs/Pets: For the benefit of all our visitors, only assistance dogs are allowed in the mall and gardens. All other well-behaved dogs can enjoy a selection of restaurants on Camelgate, as well as the Riverside Walk. For more details see our FAQs.
  • Photography: Only authorised commercial photography/videography authorised by the management or marketing teams may take place at the centre. Strictly no drone use permitted.

CCTV

CCTV is in operation at Springfields Designer Outlet & Leisure. Images are being monitored for the purpose of maintaining the security of the premises, the prevention and investigation of crime, and in the interest of good estate management. For more information, click here.

Event Terms

The terms and conditions for events can be found by selecting the 'Terms and Conditions' button during the booking process. Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to purchase tickets. If an event is run by a tenant such as a store, please contact them directly for event details.

Competition Terms

The winners(s) will be drawn at random from valid entries. All winners will be notified individually following the competition/prize draw close. Once notified, winner(s) must acknowledge and accept their prize within 5 working days of notification, unless otherwise stated. If any winner(s) decline the prize or are unreachable within this timeframe, Springfields reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement, and award the prize to another randomly selected winner. If in the promoter's view it becomes impractical to reissue the prize in the prize (such as, but not limited to) the prize is time-dependent, such as an event ticket or consumable, or the prize is tailor made, such as a customised/sized product, in this scenario the prize may be withheld entirely. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize(s) must be collected from Springfields by arrangement within 4 weeks of the winner's notification.

Entrants must be 16 or over and reside in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. If the prize includes age-restricted items, such as alcohol or sharp objects, entrants must be the minimum purchase age for all items in the prize. Only one entry per named entrant will be accepted. Springfields or tenant employees and members of their immediate family/household are not permitted to participate.
