Key Responsibilities
- Delivering great customers service, by greeting customers who enter the store and assisting them in looking for product they are wanting to purchase or try on.
- Giving the customer advise on product and outfit building and linking product through great product knowledge.
- To ensure the customer has a world class shopping experience in store and ensuring that we are building relationships for return business and building client bases
- Maintaining the shop floor, clean and tidy as you go and ensuring the store is kept to a high visual standard.
- Dealing with any customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Supporting Stock processes in store through delivery acceptance and stock maintenance.

Experience required
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the team for our menswear store based at Springfields Designer Outlet, Camel Gate Spalding Lincs PE12 6EU
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet ever-growing company, in a managerial position.
A dynamic individual is sought and will be responsible for helping the Store Manager manage the store and team, organising staff rotas, sales and customer service, merchandising stock, plus use of till and card machine.
Salary / Benefits:
Along with a competitive basic salary, our client also offers:
• Basic salary plus excellent bonus and commission.
• Commission scheme is payable on team sales, not an individual target.

Hours:
