Main Purpose of Job

To support the store management team in the daily operations of the store, this includes assisting the store in achieving its sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards set by the brand and delivering great customer service. You are expected to be a Brand Ambassador for LUKE delivering on core beliefs and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

· Delivering great customers service, by greeting customers who enter the store and assisting them in looking for product they are wanting to purchase or try on.

· Giving the customer advise on product and outfit building and linking product through great product knowledge.

· To ensure the customer has a world class shopping experience in store and ensuring that we are building relationships for return business and building client bases.

· Supporting the management team in stock control and store operations.

· Responsible for the store in the absence of the store management ensuring that all Key Performance indicators for sales and standards are met.

· Responsibility for putting through customer transactions, processing payments and cash handling.

· Maintaining the shop floor, clean and tidy as you go and ensuring the store is kept to a high visual standard.

· Dealing with any customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

· Supporting Stock processes in store through delivery acceptance and stock maintenance.

· Being flexible and able to support the management team for the needs of the business.

Key Relationships

Retail Assistants, Assistant Manager & Store Manager.

Experience required

· Has a retail background for at least 2 years.

· Positive attitude and passion for fashion

· Attitude and drive to close sales and achieve targets

· Confident and good communicational skills.

· Aware of Current trends, presents themselves well at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 -15 per week

Customer Services Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive and satisfying experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The position requires working every other weekend Saturdays 10am – 4pm and Sundays 10:30am – 4pm. Some additional weekends cover will be required to cover the other Customer Services Assistants holidays.
