To ensure your visit to Springfields Outlet Shopping & Leisure is as enjoyable as possible, our Information Point team are here to assist you with visitor guides and is on hand to answer any queries you might have during our opening hours.

The Information Point is located at the front of our site between Dune London and Subway and is open:

• Monday - Friday: 11 am - 3 pm
• Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm
• Sunday: 10:30 am - 4 pm

Should the Information Point not be open during your visit, please press the intercom button and a member of our friendly team will be able to assist.

For the benefit of all our visitors, Springfields Outlet Shopping & Leisure operates a non-smoking policy in the mall and gardens.

Smoking is permitted on Camel Gate near the entrance area only.

For the benefit of all our visitors, please note that only assistance dogs are allowed in the Outlet Shopping Mall, Festival Gardens and Adventure Land.

Where can I take my dog?

• Petalo Lounge Café-Bar
• Caffè Nero only allows assistance dogs in the cafe, however, all well-behaved dogs are allowed in the outdoor seating area if on a lead.
• The Kitchen Restaurant and Pub only allows assistance dogs in the restaurant, however, all well-behaved dogs are allowed in the beer garden if on a lead.
  
• The Riverside Walk (accessed via the main car park) is an ideal scenic route for all dogs and their owners.

Benefit from safe, secure car parking in all our on-site car parks, fully protected by 24-hour CCTV.

Springfields was the first location in Lincolnshire to be awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking Award by the Association of Chief Police Officers for its outstanding facilities, car park management and attention to detail and security.
There are three car parking sites at Springfields, all accessed off Camel Gate (PE12 6EU). Car parking is available as follows:-

• Main Car Park – 540 spaces
• South Car Park - 66 spaces
• Garden Centre Car Park – 156 spaces. Motorcycle Parking can be found in the designated area in the Garden Centre Car Park
• Overflow Car Park has additional parking and will be open during busy periods.

Disabled car park sections can be found in all three car parks. Parent and child parking can be found in the Main Car Park.

Parking Prices:

• Up to 2 hrs: £1
• 2 hrs and over: £2

There is also a dedicated Coach Park located adjacent to the Main Entrance, as well as Bicycle Parking.

These minimal parking charges help to maintain the Springfields experience, including continued investment in the free-entry Festival Gardens.

Please note: Parking will be payable by card or contactless only from 12th November 2023 onwards

Disabled parking spaces are provided in all our car parks. Car parking charges are the same for all vehicles (Up to 2 hours: £1, All-day Parking: £2)

Dedicated disabled spaces available:

• Main Car Park = 19 Spaces
• Garden Centre Car Park = 6 Spaces
• South Car Park = 4 Spaces

Public conveniences are located next to the Information Point at the front of the site, in the Blue Diamond Garden Centre and also in the Festival Gardens behind The Craft Outlet.

Disabled conveniences are located next to the Information Point at the front of the site and in the Festival Gardens. If you require any assistance please ask at the Information Point.

Baby Changing Facilities are located next to the Information Point at the front of the site. If you require any assistance please ask at the Information Point.

Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information Point at the front of the Centre. 
If you are borrowing a wheelchair you will be required to leave identification (such as a driving licence, passport or bus pass) in exchange. Please note keys are not accepted.

Cash withdrawals are available from the free ATM at the front of the centre on Camelgate, next to the Information Point/Subway.

We are extremely proud to have been nominated as one of the "Top 50 Coach Destinations in the UK" A dedicated coach arrival and drop-off zone is located at the front of the scheme. The scheme benefits from safe and secure on-site coach parking facilities with full 24hr CCTV coverage. Coach parking is FREE. We offer a meet-and-greet service with all coaches upon arrival. Coach driver incentives are provided, but to make full benefit of these booking is required.

We also introduced a coach drivers restroom, with free tea/coffee facilities, WC and TV. For further details of coach facilities or to make a booking, please phone 01775 760909.

There are 18 dedicated Parent & Child parking spaces in our Main Car Park which have been specifically adapted and widened to aid access with child seats and pushchairs. Their location makes access to the shops much easier for parents and guardians, being adjacent to the pedestrian walkway.

Complementary WiFi internet access is available for customers at Springfields Outlet Shopping & Leisure. Once on site, search for the "Springfields Free WiFi" network and fill the simple form to get online.

We have 2 charging points for electric cars in the main car park which are free to use. They are managed by Podpoint who have an app to show other locations throughout the UK.

Operational Update: Due to low river levels, the Water Taxi will not be operating this summer. Visit the Water Taxi website for latest information.

Whilst visiting Springfields, why not take a trip on the unique Spalding Water Taxi into the beautiful Market Town of Spalding? This leisurely 40-minute trip along the river provides a unique way to see waterside wildlife and the town, providing a special way to travel along the river for all the family. This service is seasonal, so please check operating timetables in advance. Tickets should be bought at the Water Taxi boarding platform.

Bicycles are not allowed in the shopping centre, however, there are designated bike racks at the front of the main car park where bicycles can be kept.

Visitor guides are available at multiple points throughout the Springfields mall, or can alternatively be obtained from the Information Point.
