Springfields’ Subway Manager Wins Prestigious National Award for a Second-Year Running

Everyone at Springfields Designer Outlet & Leisure is celebrating after Sara Roper, Store Manager at Subway, was recognised as one of the very best in the business by winning the prestigious ‘Manager of the Year’ award for the second consecutive year.
After earning a fantastic trip to Barcelona last year, Sara has now secured another incredible prize – a trip to Rome – in recognition of her outstanding performance, leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
With more than 2,000 Subway restaurants across the UK and over 37,000 worldwide, winning this award once is an incredible achievement. Winning it two years in a row is truly exceptional and reflects Sara’s dedication to both her team and every customer who visits the Springfields restaurant.
Sara’s passion for great service hasn’t gone unnoticed by her regular customers either. One of those is Gary Pearson, a driver with Delaine Buses, who said:
“It is well deserved.”
Gary is a regular visitor to the restaurant and praised Sara and her team for consistently providing friendly, welcoming service.
